At King Ice, we want you to be fully satisfied with your drip. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your jewelry in its original boxing.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; ensure you keep your tracking receipt for proof of shipment.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Our team will inspect the returned items for quality assurance before processing your refund or shipping out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
